Orchestrator Personal
Privacy policy

Application and purpose
Orchestrator Personal is a privately operated, single-user assistant. It uses connected Google data to answer the operator’s requests, summarize relevant information, and support personal scheduling workflows.
Data accessed and used
Depending on the authorized request, the assistant can read Gmail message identifiers, labels, senders, recipients, subjects, dates, message bodies, and relevant attachments. Calendar access can include calendar names and event titles, dates, times, locations, descriptions, and participants. Google supplies the account identity and OAuth credentials needed for the connection.
Gmail authorization is read-only. Calendar authorization permits reading and managing calendars or events where the account has permission. Calendar writes are for workflows the operator requests; a read-only question does not authorize unrelated changes.
Processing and sharing
Retrieved content is processed by the assistant software on the operator’s Mac. Relevant requests, retrieved content, and generated responses may also be transmitted to configured AI providers, including OpenAI, and replies may be delivered through Apple iMessage. Those providers process information under the terms and data controls applicable to the operator’s accounts. Google data is used to provide the requested assistant features, not for advertising, sale, or unrelated profiling.
Storage and retention
The Google connection is managed by gogcli, with authorization credentials stored using the Mac’s credential storage. Retrieved content and summaries may remain in assistant conversation history, local files, logs, backups, or configured provider systems. No fixed automatic deletion period is promised. The operator controls local history and files and uses provider controls for retained provider data.
Control, revocation, and deletion
The operator can stop workflows, remove the Google connection, and revoke application access through their Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revocation prevents future use of that authorization; it does not automatically erase previously retained assistant history, logs, backups, or provider data. These must be deleted separately using the relevant local or provider controls. Deleting assistant copies does not delete original messages or events from Google.
